I’m a Miami personal trainer with Afro-Cuban, Chinese, and Spanish/Basque roots. Movement has always been my language—from dance and sports to martial arts. With 20+ years of coaching, I specialize in prenatal fitness, postpartum recovery, corrective exercise, and adults 40+—in studio, in-home, and worldwide via Zoom.

My Story & Mission

I started in volleyball and Taekwondo, then stepped into fitness and bodybuilding in 1997. By 2003 I earned my personal trainer certification, and in 2005 I began competing across Europe and the U.S.—experiences that shaped my focus on discipline, precision, and practical results.
In 2011 I opened Peak Physique & Performance in Miami to help women and men—especially 40+—build lasting strength, mobility, and alignment while honoring both physical and emotional wellbeing.
As more clients entered motherhood, I expanded. In 2017 I became a Pre/Postnatal Training & Postpartum Recovery Specialist and built a dedicated program that reminds women: pregnancy isn’t a pause—it’s a powerful new phase.

  • Pre/Postnatal Exercise & Postpartum Recovery Specialist (since 2017): Diastasis-aware core strategy, 360° breathing, pelvic-floor-smart progressions, and a gradual, safe return to strength.

  • Functional Movement (2015): Movement quality, balance, and mobility to support daily life and performance.

  • Corrective Exercise (2020): Targeted exercise selection and cueing to improve posture, mechanics, and resilience.

My experience as a successful fitness and figure competitor in both Europe and the United States has greatly influenced the way I approach my training programs with my clients. Since beginning my competitive career in 2005, I’ve had the honor of winning multiple championships and titles, including:
