"When I first met Lyen, I told her that I felt I would be a challege for her. My old sport injuries, knees, hip and back pain should have been enough to discourage most physical trainers, and maybe have them think twice about accepting a client with these existing aches and pains. However, I was surprised when she agreed to train me. Over the last 18 months my exercise routine had been interrupted with chemo treatments, radiations and surgery.
