Lyen Wong has been an active athlete from age 12 and a certified Personal Trainer since 2003. As a seasoned Personal Trainer and a successful fitness competitor and model, she has the know-how and the personal experience to help you define and reach your goals.

What is the Wong Way? It means sustainable lifestyle change. You will not just enjoy a safe and balanced training, learn how to eat healthy and follow basic guidelines to a more active life; it goes beyond that!

You may know the saying that the perfect is the enemy of the good and unsustainable training and nutrition plans will get you nowhere in the long run. The "Wong Way" is a balance between tough discipline and your enjoyment of life.

I know how to balance both extremes and we will work together to find the right balance for you! I will help you make the right decisions and stick to them! Training methods, equipment and techniques

This is how Lyen describes how she works: "Together, we discuss your current health condition and lifestyle, your training history and your objectives and preferences. I then build a customized training program for you based on our interviews and sport scientific analysis. I accompany and motivate you during the training sessions and supervise your progress.


It doesn't matter if you just want to shed a few pounds, get rid of cellulite, optimize your overall fitness level or strive to perfect those sixpacks. It just takes your ambition and my know-how and motivational abilities to design and execute an optimal training program for you complemented by nutritional advise.

With me as your Personal Trainer, everything is on your schedule. Walking in the morning, an hour of intensive weight training during the lunch break or a tough circuit training at the gym or at home in the evening - whatever suits you best. This is how you will quickly see results! I can work with you in English, Spanish, or German."
