Lifestyle magazines, talk shows and late-night advertising try to make you believe that there is a miracle pill, wonder diet, celebrity workout machine or whatever out there. Why not, it's a multi-million dollar business! And yes, it makes me mad!
Like anything in life, nothing comes for free. If someone promises you something that sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
