Hi there:
FIBO 2007 came and went! FIBO is one of the leading international trade shows for fitness and bodybuilding. I was at FIBO POWER (http://www.fibo-power.de/en/fibo_power/) due to my sponsor and also presented a new choreography on the main stage.
First and foremost, I'd like to thank all of my fans who came by the stand and gave me a lot of positive feedback and motivation. Special thanks to those who purchased autographs and my new DVD! Training as well as being and staying in shape is expensive (time- and moneywise) and these contributions help me a great deal! Don't hesitate to come by in one of my next appearances to talk, ask questions and have a good time.
FIBO was again a highlight of my yearly schedule. I was almost exclusively at FIBO POWER which focuses on bodybuilding and there most of the time at the stand of my sponsor, Bodies (www.bodies-shop.com). In total, I spent 4 days at the show in Essen/Germany. I had a lot of fun even though my feet hurt quite a bit after 9 hours on platform shoes each day :-))
It was also very nice to again meet many "colleagues" at the show. I especially enjoyed seeing Dorian Yates; I met the 6-times Mr. Olympia a few years ago and we got to be friends. I was also very happy to meet Regiane da Silva (www.regianedasilva.com) again. This great Brazilian girl (world champion in aerobics and fitness) was at the "All Stars" stand and delivered an impressive show on the FIBO POWER stage. Unfortunately, we were both very busy and didn't get to talk a lot.
There were many of the great and good of the fitness and bodybuilding business at the show.
