Hi all:
It has been three months since the last newsletter – please forgive me for my “laziness”. But a few things have happened and it is therefore high time for a new issue!
1. New Website online
We have completely redesigned www.lyenwong.com. Only the overall color theme has stayed the same, everything else has been redone. Above all there are many new pictures in the galleries and I have added a short bio with two very cute pictures of me as a child :-) The autograph shop is also new. The bad news is that I have not found the time to complete the English version so everything is in German right now. But you'll find your way around – go and visit today!
Attention: the site needs a flash plugin to display correctly.
2. Sportrevue cover
I have made the cover of a magazine for the first time!!! The current issue of the German fitness and bodybuilding magazine Sportrevue (www.sportrevue.info) has Uwe Hemmer (a German bodybuilding champion) and myself on the front page. I feel very honored by this and will make sure that this will not have been the last time! So, whoever can get the Sportrevue, go buy one :-)
3. NAC world championships in Benidorm/Spain
In June I participated in the NAC world championships in Benidorm/Spain. The competition in the Fitness Shape category was fierce with 17 athletes on stage. In the end I made third place with only very few points difference to the top two contestants. Overall, I'm happy with that result.

4. Next competitions
More news: I will not compete in fall. I'm planning to add about 4 kg (8 pounds) of muscle mass and that takes time. At the same time, I want to continue to work on my gymnastics routines. My next competition will be in spring of 2007.
It's Sunday evening and that's why this issue will be a little on the short side. I hope you'll understand :-)
