things continue to happen and therefore its time for a new issue of my newsletter. Enjoy!
1. Article in German fitness magazine
The German fitness and bodybuilding magazine Sport Revue (www.sportrevue.info) has published a portrait about me in its latest edition. Readers are treated to six pages of nice workout and competition pictures and some interesting background information.

2. Upcoming competitions
I will continue to compete with the NAC in 2006 (www.nac-germany.de). The first competition, the German championships, will take place on May 20th in Korntal/Germany. My objective for the first half of 2006 is the participation at the N.A.B.B.A. Intl., Inc. world championships in Benidorm/Spain but I would have to win the German event first – let’s see if I can make it…
3. New choreography on the way
At the moment my choreographer and I are starting to put together the new choreography for the upcoming competitions. I have focused on gymnastics training lately and we are planning to include more complex gymnastics elements this time. I have bought a few DVD’s from the Miss Olympia fitness competitions and now I know what I don’t know! But my ambition is to one day compete at this level!
4. Changes to the website
During the last few weeks I have updated my website. Above all, it can now be reached at www.lyenwong.com, as well. The homepage has been redesigned and some functions have been added: you can now order any image in the modelling section as an autographed 20x30 cm photo paper printout. Go ahead and check it out!
